    At Kochek, we want to ensure that your order is to your standards.

    Terms – Warranty, Returns and Repairs:

    • Kochek warrants the original purchase of its products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship:
      • Fire Service, Waterworks products, Valve fittings and Hose couplings: 5 years warranty
      • Valves & Nozzles: 1 year warranty
      • Hoses: Premium attack & forestry: 10 years warranty, plus lifetime warranty against tube delamination.
      • Hoses: Standard attack & forestry, Supply/LDH, Lightweight booster, Rubber booster (300 PSI), PVC suction: 2 years warranty
      • Hoses: Heavy Duty Rubber booster (800 PSI): 1 year warranty
      • Irrigation Products: 1 year warranty
      • Irrigation fittings and couplings: 5 years warranty
    • Kochek’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or credit (at our option). This warranty is intended to cover defects in manufacturing and does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, wear, unauthorized repair, improper assembly or lack of or improper maintenance.
    • The sole purpose of this warranty is to provide the buyer with the exclusive remedy of free repair, replacement, or credit for the defective parts in the manner provided herein.
    • PVC suction hoses tightly coiled for shipment should be opened completely, and either stored straight or loosely coiled. PVC suction hoses should not be stored after receipt while tightly coiled and/or in direct sunlight. Doing so may result in permanent damage not covered by our warranty. The ideal temperature for storage of PVC hose ranges from 50ºF to 70ºF, with a maximum limit of 100ºF.
    • All shipments should be opened and inspected for damage or errors upon Any concerns should be reported immediately through our RMA process – note claim period in the table found here. Return authorizations will not be issued for requests submitted beyond the specified timeframe, as after this period, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as-delivered.
    • No product returns will be accepted without prior consent of Kochek via the RMA process.
    • The purchaser must call 1-860-963-3377 or visit https://kochek.com/warranty-returns/ in order to obtain an RMA prior to returning the product.
    • Returns must be authorized and shall have a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number written clearly on the BOL and package(s). All packages received for return or warranty without an (RMA) number will be returned to the sender, and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the sender.
    • ALL (RMA) numbers issued shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days; wherein product must be returned during this period, or else the RMA will be closed.
    • Product returned under an RMA must be packaged properly and returned safely for proper evaluation. Failure to do so may result in the RMA being rejected.
    • Made to order items both with and without machine setup fee, as well as all non-stock, custom fabricated, special thread, special color, and custom laser etched parts are not returnable for credit, unless due to manufacturing, assembly or material defect (warranty).
    • Return the defective component, with proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect.
    • Other definitions and conditions for warranty, returns and repairs are expressed in the table found here. Situations not covered herein will be analyzed and addressed on an individual basis.
    • Kochek reserves the right to change its terms and conditions. While it is our intent to provide adequate notice of price, terms and conditions may change due to unforeseen market conditions or circumstances. Prices and terms herein are subject to change without prior notice.
